MANILA, May 21 (PNA) — An Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) is currently affecting Southern Mindanao, state weather bureau Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.
Thus, PAGASA said cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms will be experienced over Mindanao and Eastern Visayas.
In Metro Manila and the rest of the country, on the other hand, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms, mostly in the afternoon or in the evening, will prevail.
Meanwhile, light to moderate rains will blow from southeast to south over Luzon, and from east to southeast over the rest of the archipelago. Coastal waters will be slight to moderate, PAGASA added. (PNA)
